There’s a reason High West is the most hyped location in town. Not only is the whiskey distilled here great, the food and atmosphere is phenomenal as well. The wait can be considerable, as in over three hours right after the slopes close down, but it’s worth it for the great food. There’s even a nice fire pit to wait out the long line in front. Inside, the ambiance is great with rooms in what feels like a cozy house or a modern tap room. All the food is great, but anything with game meat is guaranteed to be excellent. The boar beans, elk chili, short ribs, and pork tomahawk were all incredible and hearty. The burger was way beyond a normal burger and though surprising, perhaps the best item on the menu.

Definitely the hottest place in town at the moment. I found the food to be good but not out of this world given all the expectations and hype from everyone else. Regardless the wait staff is wonderful and the bartenders are fun. Try to get here on the earlier side of the night otherwise you will be waiting for a while. There are a lot of other options walking distance from here if the wait is crazy.

After seeing their liquor on the shelves in Nashville forever and reaching for my Bardstown norm, coming here totally changes my perspective. The distillery is true to its name and no commercial fronts here. The restaurant and bar here were incredible! We came back again the next day because it was so memorable, comfortable and delicious. Best experience in Park City by far.

Awesome lunch! Zoe was super friendly and seating was fast. Samantha was also super nice an incredibly attentive server and very accommodating to crazy allergies. Food was great (we had the fondue). Rendezvous Rye was my favorite and all the whiskeys were really different and fun to try. Smore dessert was awesome. Graham cracker was so flavorful and little spiced and the dark chocolate was killer. Definitely worth visiting.

The menu is a little on the pricey side and I don’t think the food holds up to the prices. Although, food is good, it’s not worth $25 entrees. The whiskey was fantastic and it’s a great place to go to try new drinks. We loved our appetizers too!
