Chrissy and the team at Highland R.E. did  a fantastic job of marketing our mother's condo.  We interviewed other brokerages but their knowledge of the local market and confidence in being able to sell at a higher price than we were quoted elsewhere was why we listed with her.  After viewing the unit it was suggested to us to market the unit as a potential two bedroom unit, thereby commanding a higher price was the type of knowledge and guidance we needed in a difficult time.  Within 3 days of the condo hitting the market, we had several offers, some over our asking price!
I would highly recommend Chrissy and Highland R.E. when considering the sale of your property!

Chrissy was an amazing agent. She handled an evasive buying agent who wouldn't confirm that their buyers offer wasn't contingent on them selling the property they owned. She was professional but persistent and offered us the advice of including, in our counter offer, that their buyer will buy, regardless of sale of their property. An excellent suggestion that helped us weed out a potentially bad situation.

Virginia brown was abysmal. Called her at 7pm a week and a half ago she told me to call her the next day to discuss my needs more in depth, perfectly reasonable. I call her the next day and it was as if she forgot the whole conversation even though she assured me she wrote everything down. I call her Friday the 15th to set up a viewing for Wednesday the 22nd at 230 after telling her that I would 8-5 and that it is hard for me to get out of my job early. However for this listing I was willing to be flexible. Today, the 20th, I call her to tell her we are going to be late. She doesn’t answer the first time so I leave her a message. She calls back a few minutes later to tell me the apartment had been claimed two days ago. No confirmation call today and never notified me that the apartment had been claimed so I left work in Quincy to meet someone in Winthrop and had I not been running late, would have ended up wasting more of my time listening to her beat around the bush. Highland real estate I’m sure is probably fine, but this experience will ensure that I don’t come back.

To fully understand Mike's assistance in helping me find a home. First off, is to recognize his character, aside from his obvious professionalism. Mike, is very talented at what he does and takes pride in his work. I was thoroughly impressed by his responsiveness and remarkable patience in finding me the home I desired. He helped me find a condo that had everything I was looking for. I highly recommend Mike Cimmino to anyone looking to buy or sell.
