Education:
M. Celata Real Estate has opened an Academy for
pre-licensing classes. Learn to take the Real Estate Exam. The state of Massachusetts requires attending 40 hours of class room time for pre-licensing. If you are an agent and would like to become a Broker, You will also be required to take 40 hours of class room time before you can take the exam to become a Broker.

The new requirements will be 40 hours of classroom time rather than the 24 hours required now. So if you are thinking of becoming a Realtor®, now would be a great time to take the class!!! The academy will be offering a Brokers Class too. The requirements to become a Broker will also change in June 2011. The classroom time will be 40 hours too but you have to be an active Real Estate Agent with 3 years of full time affiliation.
