I'm done with this company. They installed a pump for a downstairs half bath. Had to dig up some concrete slab and did a horrible job pouring concrete back in. When I questioned it, I was told that concrete pouring isn't really what they do. Then the pump went out our fault. Someone came out to look at it and did not let me know at all what he was going to do until he had already put in a new pump and charged me an additional $400. If that was what was necessary, I understand that...I just would've liked to have been informed beforehand. Now today my appointment was canceled with 45 minutes notice after I had already asked off work because the scheduler didn't allow enough time for my work to be done and they had a lot of emergencies due to the weather. I scheduled the appointment over a week ago. Done!

I've used CBP several times and I have found them to be honest and fair.  As the owner of a service company it's always rough to see a one star rating.  But there are always two sides to every story.  My recommendation ... Try them for yourself and make your own decision.  For our plumbing needs I'll continue to call CBP.  They've treated me right and I've been very pleased with my experience.

I love, Chris! Always helpful, provides great service and goes above and beyond. Certainly a pleasure knowing he will be the serviceman on the job.  Response time is very quick and I have never been disappointed.

Horrible company to do business with.  Unprofessional management failed to honor warranty they're installer stated during the repair.  Chuck the owner obviously doesn't care about what kind of employee he hires or the reputation his company has in the community.   Paid $3200 for a sewerage grinder that was supposed to be new, turned out to be a used one, only to have to pay another $2500 less than a year later for another used one.  When I was told the new one had a 2 year warranty.  Don't walk away from this company. RUN AWAY
