Robert Rutherford with Winkles is a hero in at our house today. Unstopped drain 80 feet down the line in just a few minutes and was a NO mess plumber. He was here when they said he would be and as nice as they come. awesome experience.

Called Winkler for multiple small repairs well over a month ago. They came out and told me 1: my shower wasn't leaking(it is), 2: My bathroom faucet is broken (why did I call a plumber to fix it?) And 3: I need to buy a filter for my house as I'm on a well. I told them I wanted a filter prior to them coming out but they failed to tell me I needed to go buy one to install. They charged me $135.00 for a service call and told me they would come back. The ONLY thing they did when they were there was caulk a pedistal sink to the wall that needs to be mounted. Seeing as I have two small children that fix won't work. They have scheduled to come out twice a week for more than a month and don't call to cancel or show up. My son and I both have missed work to wait for the elusive plumber. I have never left a bad review anywhere but feel that if I can save anyone else the hassle it's worth it!

Came out to give me a free estimate, found the problem which we told him what we thought it was. He fixed the problem without telling us how much it would cost until he was finished. Aren't you supposed to tell someone how much it would cost before you fix the problem???? Will not be using them again!!!

I had the PEX originally installed by this company, there were several issues during and after the installation that should've been red flags. I complained and practically begged until I could get the owner of the company to my home with the installer to fix/solve the issues. NOW: I have made 2 service calls in the past several months for plumbing issues.  Neither time did I receive a timely response. I, in fact had to continuously call to find out what was going on, when would someone come out, when would a service tech be calling me...I am currently in hour 2 of service call number 2 and have made phone call number 2 because I haven't heard a word....the answer I received on phone call number 2 was: 'I'm trying to locate your paperwork to see who installed your plumbing.' WHAT? Does it matter who installed it? Just fix it! It's been 2 hours, couldn't you have called me with an update or ask me more questions to speed up the process? What happened to fix the issue, ask questions later?  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I wouldn't have given one star but I wanted to share my experience.

Shane is an extremely professional and trustworthy business owner. He has done work for me multiple times and just completed some work for my parents. He is prompt and very fair priced. I would recommend his company to anyone needing plumbing work completed!! Thank you very much Winkles Plumbing!!
