Yesterday, we lost power when the main connection came loose from our house and the line fell down, damaging the box and all connection. When we called Hiller in Dickson TN, they were there in no time. The electricians Tony and James showed up with a smile and a handshake. They just took charge and reassured us they'd do everything possible to get the lights on...They worked well after dark in the cold wind, by flashlight to do just that. They scrutinized the bill to save us as much as possible and didn't use or charge us for anything we didn't really need. They are 2 of the coolest, nicest, most professional technicians I have ever had out for service. They made a messed up experience seem much more tolerable. I had fun actually chatting with them. This is the face of Hiller to me. I SINCERELY now understand the " Happy face on the truck" now... because I We were definitely smiling when they left and we had heat and lights. These 2 gentlemen represent what I would want in service from anyone or any company. These techs and Hiller co. set the standard.

Same day response that was greatly appreciated. 2 plumbers arrived on time in a large well marked box truck. They did not have the part needed for the repair. They drove into the city to purchase the part and promptly returned and installed the part. The service guys did a great job however it would have more convenient for all parties if they would have the parts prior to arrival. I offered to send pictures of the drain under the sink to the person making the appointment. She said it would not be necessary as their trucks would have all parts needed for repairs. This could have saved time for all if my pictures were accepted. The charges were exactly as explained. I would have preferred that the service guys use a device to run my credit card. The process was antiquated and unsecured as they wrote my credit card information on my invoice that contained all my personal information as well. Overall the service was great however the systems need to be improved and more technology implemented. Having said all this , I do not know of many other companies that could have responded better.

Michael came Friday for a routine tune up of our cooling system. He was very thorough and professional. He is also very friendly and pleasant! We have always trusted his knowledge and competency. Thank you, Michael, for doing such a great job.

I noticed a difference in my water pressure a few days ago so I called Hiller to schedule an appointment for someone to come and figure out what might be going on. Deborah was very helpful on the phone and scheduled a service date for the following Monday. Brandon and Joey arrived early and were quick to get to work on the problem! Super nice guys, found the problem which turned out to be a leak in the water meter. So glad that they fixed the issue, and probably saved me so much in the long run. Awesome experience.

James was on time, courteous and professional. He wasn't rushed while discussing my electrical needs for our new barn. I look forward to the seeing the work done once completed.
