Well, I had no idea who I should call, so I picked a plumber at random that had good reviews. I picked Hiller...BIG MISTAKE!!! They charged me $59 for the estimate and tried to railroad me out of another $1,500.00 !!! Now, I'm not a plumber, but i'm not stupid either, so I called Alford Plumbing to get a second opinion. Not only do they give FREE estimates, but the work in question only cost me $143.00 !! Nice, polite and fixed it on the spot quickly and efficiently.  Alford Plumbing was AMAZING!!! I will definately call Alford first next time I need a plumber.

I was originaly displeased with the service I received. I called and spoke with the owner, Danny Alford. He was very professional and nice. He made it right for me and I am very happy now.  I recevied a good price for the service rendered.

After having a plumber come out and estimate a grand to fix a leaking bath tub faucet, we ended up waiting months saving up to fix it. After that plumber bailed on us and never came we decided to call in a second opinion. Alford plumbing came out the same day we called and turns out it was only a hundred dollar fix instead of a grand. They fixed it in 20 minutes then turned around and fixed our outside water faucets that were giving us trouble. They were super professional and polite. They deserve more stars and if you are like me and read the reviews before calling a company, they are definitely worth the call. Thank you guys!!!

I believe Keith was the tech, he did a great job at a reasonable price. Would use Alford Plumbing again if needed.

Ryley did an outstanding job! If I could I would recommend him for a raise! I appreciate everything he did. He not only unclogged my line, but he also found that the problem was at the city main sewer line. As soon as he was done cleaning up he made a call to the city and told them about the problem. I would recommend him/Alford Plumbing to everyone needing a plumber.
