I recently ran into problems with my hot water heater and contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to help resolve what was going on. Jan B. did an awesome job setting everything up. Daniel S. came out and was quickly able to recognize the problem, fix it, and get everything back to functioning normally. Daniel is the best plumbing technician from my experience with pluming technicians. Request Daniel whenever you have a plumbing need and you will not be disappointed! 10/10! Mr. Brad Curry is an excellent manager. Excellent company!

Just completed the annual inspection. Gave us a useful list of options.

Update, we are following up on the inspection items. We will complete the items on our schedule. That’s worth the price of membership.

Scheduled the shower repairs. This took most of the day. The shower looks great.

Daniel S. is so kind, knowledgeable and dependable!  He takes pride in his work and takes the time to do it right.  He's also very personable- even remembered my 2 year old son's name after almost a year!  Love Ben Franklin Plumbing and Daniel!  Accept no other!

Daniel Stark serviced our tankless hot water heater (which was leaking) yesterday.  We always request Daniel as our service professional.  He is personable, very competent & always explains the repair process, along with working diligently until the job is successfully completed. We have had the pleasure of using both Daniel and Ben Franklin Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for many years & will continue to do so.

I knew from the time I called them that this was going to be a smooth process. Very pleasant over the phone and set up my appointment quick. Daniel, my service pro, arrived within the 2 hour time frame they gave me. He was very knowledgable and patient with me. I kinda figured before I called them I would need my hot water tank replaced so I had some questions for Dan when he told me it would need replaced. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get a tank less or the standard hot water tank. Dan went through all the pricing and options for both. After getting a quote of $5100 for a tank less I decided to go with a high end tank with a 12 year warranty. There were some extra charges but he explained them along the way . In addition I also asked if he could check some other things while he was there and he had no problem taking care of those as well. He was not rushed and cleaned everything up when he was done. He then showed me how to use it and also offered a $7.95 monthly service package which I gladly accepted knowing I would make my money back with the annual service. I have previously used Mr water heater which did a fine job but after using Ben Franklin Plumbing I won't go anywhere else. They are priced slightly higher but do the job right and make sure you know what you are paying for. Thank you Daniel!
