This latest freeze left us without running water. After calling several plumbers in the area and being told they couldn’t get us in for another week I ran across Mac Plumbing’s number on google. I called and was told the earliest they could get us in was the next morning. (Something about an apartment complex having a busted water main.) They scheduled us for the 8 am window. I got a call promptly at 8 and the technician was here within 45 minutes (we live a little ways out of the city). The technician, Layton, came in, was friendly, assessed the damage, quoted me a reasonable price, and walked me through what he planned on doing. Within the hour everything was fixed and I had running water again. I was extremely happy with the level of customer service provided by this company and the fact that their employee went above and beyond to get the job done. From my family to yours, thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to your trade!!! Definitely found our permanent plumber and will be recommending to people for years to come!!!!

Had a water pipe emergency in our upstairs bathroom. Had to cut the water off to the house to keep from the leaks causing more damage. They were the only company that could come out the same day. Dan came out and took care of the issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I’d recommend him and Mac plumbing to anyone.

My Bathroom sink was clogged. I called and asked what the price would be. I was told there would be a charge of $98 to come out. They said they could not give me a price until they were finished. He used basically a plunger and a small hand snake, it took him no more that 15 minutes and they charged $244. All they removed was hair, that was it. Last time I had another company come out to do the exact same job and I was only charged $86. I spoke with the owner today and he was very friendly and respectful and understanding. He explained that he has employees and running expenses witch I totally understand. The only issue I have is for such a simple job, a ballpark price should have been given upfront, and not confronted with sticker shock once the work has been completed. The plumber was on time and they called prior to him coming out.

Mac Plumbing has always done an excellent job in my home lately it was my hot water heat. By my home being an older model it gets kinda scary fixing things,but they have always done a great job of making things affordable for me.Thank you all for always easing my worries. You're the best.

Mac Plumbing has completed several projects for us over the last 2 years and we've always been 100% satisfied with the quality of their work and their quick service. The technicians are well trained and professional. We highly recommend Mac Plumbing.
