I looked the other way the first time...today again the delivery person "claimed to have no change". It won't happen to me again.

The very night I posted this review, I was contacted by the "new" owner who beyond having to deal with the ridiculous and never ending construction on Miracle Mile; must implement his level of customer service on existing employees. I appreciate his stepping up.

They messed up my order completely and then the "new" owner had the audacity to get on the phone and make it seem like it was my fault that the order was messed up!!! He spoke to me like I was a child and I was the one who messed up my order. Customer service is definitely lacking from the owner. I will never go back and will be in touch with corporate on Monday.

Came to eat here rather than delivered and the music here horrible, they had it very loud and some heave metal music.  Not the type of music I would like to come eat with my kids.

I eat at jimmy johns a lot.  The unwich I ordered was made well and was tasty but the gentleman who took my order was the most unfriendly and apathetic person I've ever encountered at JJ or anywhere for that matter.   Didn't even say hello as I walked up to the counter but would rather fiddle with the piercing in his lip as he took his time swiping his log in card.   Didn't confirm or read back order, tell me the total or say anything else.   It was very weird.   Poor customer service for a place that is usually perky.  Get your sandwich and get out.
