The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the cleaning ladies seem to ignore the do not disturb signs, but they are very friendly about it. The Starbucks in the lobby is nice and parking is pretty good, too. You also have to have a room key to use the elevator, which is really nice (unless you forget your key lol). And the parking garage is pretty secure and safe and has ample parking. The views are pretty nice, as well.

We stayed here for a family wedding and had a fantastic time! The hotel was neat, clean and accommodating and the staff was awesome! The local area is so full of history with so much to do. If you're ever in Alexandria, book your stay here, you'll be glad you did!

Nicely presented and quiet room, although we were accidentally given a room key for an uncleaned room at first, which was quickly sorted out by the front desk. There is a Starbucks and a bar/restaurant downstairs. The cocktails were great and the bar staff are friendly. Breakfast is overpriced. Good location next to King Street metro station.

The room service was absolutely amazing! They changed over our room like professional cleaning ninjas. I wish my wife and I had such a nice bathroom! There location is perfect, we hopped on a bus ten minute ride to the casino. We rode in a BMW Uber to the airport. I could go on easy

I was here for a work meeting.  The staff is extremely friendly and helfpul.  The spaces they have for meetings are standard small meeting rooms that we're comfortable and we'll sized for our needs.  The food options turned out to be limited in very unfortunate ways.  In the past our staff has made choices in food that are no longer available which is frustrating.  Also their garage staff doesn't open the garage until after 730 which was a big hassle.
