With all transparency, I didn't stay at the hotel, I have been going here for meetings throughout the last year. The staff is friendly and the property seems to be clean and well maintained. From what I gather, the room rates are very good for the meetings I attend. Location is close to Baltimore and most surrounding suburbs. Traffic can be a little crazy in the area.

The customer service is too notch, and the chef at the restaurant is dynamic. You must try the salmon. The suite we had was beautiful and very clean. House keeping also provided awesome service. I will definitely use the Hilton whenever I visit Baltimore again.

The staff was extremely kind, patient and accommodating even though it was much busier than usual (due to the widespread power outages). They were all calm, extremely professional and courteous (even when the guests weren't). Breakfast was DELICIOUS- even the bacon! Which is almost never good at hotels. Last minute changes to reservations were handled marvelously. I can't wait to stay there again! I highly recommend it.

Plenty of parking, and an easy to enter lobby. Nice eating area as you enter. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Room are nice and new. Very convenient to 795 and metro. Restaurant s are right across the street.

The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The rooms looked nicer online than they are in person; the flooring and cabinets have a cheap feel. They charge for a breakfast that is free at other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful.
