The exterior public areas are much nicer than the room. The four of us were offered two small free lukewarm water bottles at check in and thereafter none. The water jars in the common areas with citrus infused water were empty every time I checked. I asked the front desk about it and was told they'd been busy. I responded ironically I'd been thirsty for hours and found it convenient the only way to have a drink was to pay top dollar for bargain bottled water. Water is a basic no they basic human need. As you might imagine - my needs were not met. We are reward members. I will keep my Diamond Select status with Best Western and there ice cold water, comfy beds and great rewards program.

Affordable and really nice. It's like staying at a nice upscale home, compared to a big busy hotel. They were installing brand new mattresses the day we arrived which made the front entry, elevators and hallways messy and difficult to navigate the first day, but at least we had a new mattress so I'm not complaining. They are good quality mattresses but a little too firm for my preference. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping and everyone else, which made the stay very enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in the area.

For the price I was paying it was terrible. The room felt really cheap. I paid the same amount for a better room in downtown San Francisco than I did here in the middle of suburban tract homes. I could see the San Francisco skyline for the same price as looking at highway 99. The lobby has people just sitting about at all hours with seemingly no business being there. It's unfortunate it was so expensive for that experience otherwise I would forgive many of those misgivings.

Amazing staff, beautiful room, so spacious! Best wheelchair accessible room I've ever stayed in! Made my hospital trip stress free!

We stayed here for the weekend for our cousins wedding. Room was really clean when we arrive, our beds are comfortable and they have a very helpful staff. They have breakfast for $12.95 per person but its all you can eat breakfast. It was a good food and decent amount of choices. I would definitely book again with them.
