On this visit, I stayed 4 nights at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised. Upon entering my room, I noticed it was clean, towels were stocked, and the heater worked wonders!! The highlight of my stay was that I got to meet the room service lady, and she was very sweet. She looked as if she was an older filipina woman standing maybe 5'6" with short black hair, a slight hunch, slim and wore glasses. Even though it was a little hotter than usual, she still greeted me with a smile and ready to service my room. Luckily, I only needed the trash switched out, so her time with me wasn't too much of a hassle. The only 3 issues were: 1] The first night I stayed, the lady at the front desk said the security guard told her I had another guest with me, but he clearly saw only me taking Denny's back to my room. Now, if you think food constitutes being a human, then you clearly need some help. 2] The blanket on top had some black stains spread across it, so I made sure not to have that blanket touch my skin at all. Yep, I stayed under the white sheets, but the heater helped me keep warm. 3] The remote control had a greasy type substance on it, so I had to put 2 of those wrappers that protect the cups around it. I didn't want to know what was on that thing, and I didn't want to risk it. Thanks Motel 6 for making my stay bittersweet, and please give that room service lady a raise or some type of recognition. I bet she sees all type of stuff there that she doesn't need to be exposed to, but I can tell she's a hard worker. Bless her little heart. :-)

I try not to stay at Motel 6 because of past experience however there was no other hotel that could accommodate me recently so I stayed in Motel 6. To my surprise, I really enjoyed my stay. My room was very clean and freshly painted. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was security so I felt safe. Best of all, it was very affordable.

Coming back home to California has been harder than we expected even with all the planning we did. We were lucky enough to find motel 6 close to my husbands new job, with there low rates, clean rooms and supportive team who are ready and willing to help you in anyway possible to make our stay at south Sacramento motel 6 comfortable. Heather and Manjeet at the front desk are so welcoming as well as outstanding, tips and referrals on the local area made us feel like we had made some friends In our new home, even the security staff and manager Carl worked with us to ensure our safety and comfort! I stayed here a couple days and the service was wonderful, especially from Sanjeeta. The value and service received far exceeds the cost. I give this establishment a two thumbs up!!

I have no complaints! Security is on their game. My only suggestion, tell guests at check in about not backing car into stall and that car can be towed. No one likes getting calls from security when on vacation just cause its not parked the way the motel wants it parked but yet doesnt give you a head's up beforehand. Ladies at the front (day/night shift) were very pleasantly accommodating. Super fast and easy check in. Having a guest check in for the night is super easy also. ID and car info only.
