We stayed at the hotel during the Christmas period. Travelling from the UK. The staff and service we received was of the best quality. Rooms were serviced daily, there was fresh fruit and food daily at breakfast time. As Muslims, our dietary need were met with a smile and eagerness from the kitchen staff. We have highly recommended this superb hotel to family and friends. Definitely would book it again.

Upon arrival Front Desk was courteous & efficient. Went to my room, it was clean, nice and a cute added touch of small holiday chocolates left on the desk. I thought great first impression... I return to my room the next day after a really long day of meetings to find my room had not been serviced. (my END was taken off the door by 10:00 at the latest) I informed the Front Desk my room had not been serviced that day...and was told someone would bring me fresh towels and empty the trash. While I truly appreciate the young man that delivered the towels, he had to leave and get ready bags...he changed the trash bags...but left the trash on the floor in the bathroom. When I checked out the next morning and was asked about my stay...I informed the young lady about the room not being serviced & the trash bag being left on the floor. I wasn't really trying to complain but rather let her know of the challenges guest face... later that morning I check my vm and have a message from the young lady at the Front Desk informing me she had awarded me HONORS points. I appreciate her follow up and attention to detail. Thank you for going the extra mile, I appreciate your Customer Service efforts... giving a 5 Stars because of Front Desk Agent quick response

Update with new stay on Oct 30, 2017: Always such a wonderful and helpful staff and again a wonderful place to stay. I'm so impressed with this hotel and I definitely recommend to everyone. Gracious staff, great rooms for the price, and wonderful service. Highly recommend and thank you! **** By far one of the best hotels with customer service, amenties, and the price that I have found in a long time. The staff was always courteous, so great to help with cleaning and towels when gone for the day (which I've never had done), and the place was such a welcome place of relaxation. I would only knock it down a star because there were kids in the room on the floor above mine that were pretty loud most of the time. It's not the hotel's fault, more the parents in this case, but hands down, a top notch visit for what I paid compared to the crazy prices in the area. I would highly recommend.

Staff was extremely courteous, willing to go above and beyond to make our stay go as well as possible. Room was impeccably clean and beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was tasty, diverse, and refreshed quickly back to capacity.

My mom is staying there due to a flood, hampton Inn is the best. She loves it.
