For the price this is really nice. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are nice and very clean. The breakfast has a nice assortment. Adequate parking. And, a laundry room for those who may have packed too light and need to do laundry, like me.

This hotel is disgusting. There are notices at the location that they are undergoing renovations but there's nothing updated to be seen. The rooms are disgusting and dirty, and it has almost nothing to do with their age. Unfortunately I arrived late and had to leave early and I didn't have time to deal with the management. Upon arriving at about 9pm no one was at the desk, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. Almost everything about my room was dirty. I had a room with 2 queen beds, and when I pulled back the comforter on one of them it looked like it had been slept in. I was concerned so I looked at the sheets in hopes that I was mistaken but I found hair in the bed. I ended up sleeping in the other bed on towels with a t-shirt wrapped around one of the pillows. The bed skirts were significantly dirty and stained, not just from age, they were soiled to the point of being crusty in some areas. The pillows all said "soft" or "firm" on them, but these pillow cases didn't actually correspond to the appropriate pillows. Nothing about the bedding was cared for in any way. The bedding in the closet for use with the fold out sofa had clearly been used, wadded up and stuffed into the plastic pouch. No effort had been made to launder or fold it. The carpet in the room was covered in lint, crumbs, even a lump of dirt. It clearly hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time through many guest visits. One of the lamps was leaning up against the wall. There was nothing wrong with it, it appears to have just been knocked over a bit and housekeeping couldn't be bothered to stand it upright again. The bathroom was mostly clean, but there was a ring of dirt in the shower so I actually stood on the bathmat in the shower out of concern given the state of the rest of the room. The towels were barely folded and tossed on the rack in the bathroom, which left me concerned as to whether or not they were actually clean. I took a shower immediately upon arriving at my next destination as I wasn't able to feel clean all day after the experience at this location. I am just there to sleep so the age of the furniture isn't a priority. The problem was that it wasn't just old, it was disgustingly dirty. The arms of the sofa were almost black with dirt in great contrast to the seat cushions. The cushions appear to have been laundered at one point so it was obvious how gross the arms were. In addition to how disgusting and dirty the room was, the walls are paper thin and the ceilings are no better. It sounded like elephants were upstairs and I was woken up early by people coming and going in the hallway outside the room. You won't get a good nights sleep here. I was charged a lot more - almost 50% more - for this room than I was for 3 other Holiday Inn locations that I visited in a 2 week period and it was by far the worst. Not just a little bit worse, but bad enough that Holiday Inn shouldn't allow this hotel to use the name. I'd gladly sleep at any motel than return to this place.

Room was good and clean. The fridge in our room froze everything we put in it. Breakfast was ok but not many options. It starts at 6, I got there at around 6:20. Only options available at the time were things like bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, yogurt, stuff like that. Eggs and sausage came out about 15 minutes later. Overall it was alright. A few minor inconveniences but nothing awful. I'd stay here again.

Our room was fitted with 2 queen size beds and a single pull out sofa bed. It was ideal for our family. The hotel is currently under. Renovation works. There is a complimentary continental breakfast and a small snack stores in premise. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and rated service at 4.6. the rental cost was reasonable for the area and size of room area. Free internet Wi-Fi available but slow. 2 desktop computer and 1 b/w laser printer located in lobby for use. Continental breakfast consists of eggs, turkey or pork sausages, toast, muffins, dry cerals, fresh fruits, yogurts. A really nice offering of food items.

This hotel has recently been renovated. They have new TV's, lights, dining tables, and chairs. Bathrooms have been upgraded as well. It was very clean and the staff was very polite. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausages, fruits, bread, pancakes, juice, coffee, and dinner rolls. Parking was easy and very close to the entrances.
