This place was clean and the workers were friendly. My favorite part was the breakfast. It was more than enough food and it kept me full for the entire day. I plan to stay here again on my next visit. They also have an indoor pool that I plan to use when I return. They have more than enough soap, towels, and shampoo provided. I would recommend this location to anyone. The only down side was that there were scratches on the furniture and it bothered me visually. Other than this, I really liked this Inn.

Normally when I stay at the Hilton it is pleasant, but not this time. First off I purchased a 2 queen bed room and because they were overbooked they gave me a King suite. Ok Fine I took that, but then when I got in the room the toilet would not flush and the bathroom door had hair stuck to it. The one pleasant thing about the room was the bed. The bed was phenomenal

We had a great experience here during our trip to Shreveport. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Room service was quick and the breakfast was delicious. The indoor pool area was nice but it did smell like a lot of chlorine, but at least that means it's clean! Overall I would recommend and if I'm in the area again I will be coming back here.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. hotel amenities (indoor pool, business center, fitness center, laundry room) are a plus. Refrigerator microwave and coffee maker in room are convenient. Proximity to airport great for travelers.

Disappointed.  Was expecting a clean hotel that was a little upscale but arrived to a run down tired hotel. The front desk was short staffed so check in was slow. The halls smelled musty and felt clammy.  The carpets were old and worn.  The walls were dirty and marked up. Wall patches were poorly accomplished and visible.  The paint on my room door was literally peeling off. The pool was closed for maintenance with no prior notice at check in.  The walls in the room were dirty and marked up. The refrigerator was so loud I had to turn it off.  The wifi kept disconnecting. The picture on the TV was snowy.  The road noise in the room was loud. The lamp on the desk bent and wobbly.  If this were a lower class hotel I would have expected some of this but not from Hilton. In fact the lower class hotel I stayed at the previous night had none of these issues and provided a complementary breakfast as well.  I probably will not stay in another Hilton Garden Inn.
