Doors to entrance inoperable. Manually open them. Stained carpet throughout hotel. Roaches in room. If they are in the rooms with no food I can only imagine what is living where the food is prepared and stored. Hotel said they have sprayed but may need to spray again. This hotel needs work. Doesn't look like the owner has put any money into this hotel in a few years. It should be closed and have a full renovation.

Smells bad, like a mix of cigarettes and animals. Lotion and conditioner but no shampoo in the room? Pool was dirty, bugs etc. you couldn’t pay me to eat here. We chose this hotel because we’ve never had a terrible experience with a holiday inn, well I can’t say that anymore.

The room smelled like wet dog. The carpet was damp. We went and got our own spray to make the room smell good to survive one one.

Great stay at an ideal location. Awesome and professional staff. The only negative would be the wifi internet.

They say it's pet friendly. You even pay extra for it. But your best friend is not allowed in public areas. That doesn't sound welcome to me. My dog is on a leash and I'm waiting on roadside assistance to repair my vehicle. And I was told we would have to wait outside that my dog that was on a leash could not wait inside for the roadside assistance. sounds like a policy that needs to be stricken. Sounds to me like my dog is not welcome here.
