I had to wait 40min to check in because the doors were locked because the girl from front desk had to help with housekeeping.  The outside of the inn looked like it was nolonger in service but the rooms are perfect for a quick stay. Also the pool was not in use at the time of visit, and i had to go to a store nearby for ice because the inn did not have any.  The staff on the other hand were very friendly and helpful.

Wow. 
Felt sketchy. 
Tried to look at it as an adventure. 
That ended when we drove past a plywood covered window then drove around a corner to 3 sheriffs in their vehicles. 
Went back to talk to the receptionist through plexiglass about a refund. She said, "You went to the wrong side." 
We got our refund & left. 
Looked up the location later & found multiple police activities from drugs, to human trafficking, to murder.

Decent rooms at a decent price

I'm a former employee and the place had high standards. This stay was very important. This was to be home for a week. Sadly, the place is and has gone down. The day time (FDC) front desk clerk, is the same as when I was employed and she was great. However, the night time FDC went over and beyond her job of duty! She walked each room, trying hard to find me a clean room! (Even with the active GM or AGM knowing the rooms was horrible and reusing to refund the $250.00.) 
  She had to clean a room for us and that's just sad. Even the maintenance man helped. We should of been refunded our money and go somewhere else. I even attempted to clean my own room but didn't have time for that right then. ( I'm returning to find a home. I didn't think that it was going to be like this...

Cold muffins for bfast  hot coffee though. The only thing hot about this place is the coffee
