Very nice hotel and staff. Location was very convenient. I traveled elsewhere during the week, but stayed here the night before my flight the next day. Highly recommended.

The hotel was pretty standard. They are updating rooms now so I expect it will be improving. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Attended a convention here. The sections for the convention were clean and spacious. My only complaint is that some of the trash could have been handled sooner. As for the hotel rooms, I love how huge and fluffy the beds are.

This Hilton is located across the street from the Airport and so it was very quiet and seemed to have very few guests even for a Tuesday. As we were leaving to catch our flight we noticed that it appears that many flight staff seem to stay here as quite a few were checking in. There is a restaurant on site with a small but modest menu, they have a lovely courtyard and many nice places to sit and relax. But ultimately, I'm not sure if there is much to this particular location. It seemed very average, but to it's credit at this particular time they are planning renovations that they expect to be completed in 2018. We did notice they had quite a few ballrooms, too.

As a person who has stayed in a lot of hotels in this area, I was very disappointed. The hotel may have looked nice, but the quality of everything was terrible. Three days in a row I had to ask someone at the front desk to fix our clogged drain in our room, it finally got done halfway through the week. The beds were very noisy and squeaky. The hotel pool and hot tub were not very clean, and there were no jets in the hot tub. Every night I tried to go to the pool, there were never any towels by the pool, I had to go back inside and ask someone at the front desk to have someone bring out some towels almost every night for a week. The ice machine on our floor was broken the whole time we were there, I had to take the elevator down a floor in my PJs. I have stayed at most of the hotels in this area before and paid a lot less and had a better experience. The hotel needs some serious updating. I guess I just hoped that since this hotel was more expensive, it would be much better quality than the other cheaper ones, I was wrong. Save your money.
