Friendly employees and was able to accommodate me during a very busy weekend flight, but when it came time to pay for my 3-4 day stay they tried to charge $62 instead of $50. When I asked why I was being charged a higher rate, the clerk realized the "mistake" that my coupe was considered a large SUV and reduced the rate after I objected. Mistakes happen, but I have a feeling that this is such an easy thing to get right that they're just hoping people don't notice the "mistake"...

I have been parking here for the past 4 years, I have had nothing but great experiences! People tend to write more when they are complaining of service than when they receive great service and the low reviews here seem to be no exception! This is a great family company that is significantly better than the competition! I highly recommend you give this great family your business.

Upon our arrival I was told that my Jeep Cherokee would be $10.00/24 ours plus tax. The parking and getting to the airport was a smooth experience. It was when we returned home that they chose to play games and over charge me. Suddenly my small SUV was considered a large one and I was charged $12.50 a day plus taxes. In all, this lead to an increase of just over $16.00. I tried to discuss the matter when the employee he became angry, raised his voice, and then told me I had to call back. When I called the next day he (the same man that overcharged me) told me that my ticket was for a dodge van. I assured him it was a Cherokee and he then agreed. He took my name and number down and told me that since SUVs are tricky he would have the owner call me back. I called back on Friday and spoke with a women who told me that Cherokee's are supposed to be $10.00 plus tax, however became rude when I asked for her name and told me to call back. When I called back I asked for the manager/owner, but got the man again who told me they had been far too busy to deal with this and I would hear back eventually. I was truly hoping that they would rectify the situation, but they chose not too. I will also add that the pickup experience was awful as we had to wait about 30 minutes, even though we (and other passengers called).

Nice, but no long term parking, which can get very $$
