Ed the manager has helped me catch my plane on more than one occasion Security gate staff when you are driving out to pay always extremely kind. Service with a smile-- I have never had an unpleasant encounter with any park n fly employee. No one has been rude, everyone has just been courteous and goes out of their way to help. Shuttles are regular, timely, and very reliable. Always clean inside, good safe drivers.

We've used this parking lot a few times and haven't had any problems really. The shuttles were quick to pick us at our car and waited a minute while we made sure we grabbed everything we needed. The driver loaded our things onto the bus and gave us a card with our sparking spot written on it so we don't forget. He then picked up another passenger, then took us over to the correct airline drop off. Maybe took 10 minutes from parking the garage to getting to the airport. One small complaint was when we returned to our car after vacation, they had another vehicle parked behind me and blocking me. Luckily the drive immediately moved the care. The other time this happened to me, I remember a small delay while they had to find the key. They did and we were able to leave.
But after a long day of traveling and the dread of still having to drive a few hours, the last thing I wanted was another delay.

It was so easy. I prepaid online , check in was a breeze, as soon as we got our luggage the shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport. On the return we found the shuttle easily, we got to our vehicle quickly , showed our prepayment, and were on our way. Everything went as smoothly as it could ... thank you ! Every person we encountered was pleasant!
