This place gives Wyndham a black eye. Two black eyes!! All the TV ads Wyndham runs are not to be trusted when they allow places like this to be part of their network. Wyndham obviously doesn't care about quality as long as the franchise fees keep rolling in. Had a confirmed reservation for accessible king room - got there and they gave us a 3rd floor with 2 doubles (no elevator). Sheets had not been changed. No soap, no Kleenex. The promised free breakfast was not there - nothing. Manager lied about it being "on the way".

If I could give zero stars I would. I didn't even get to stay. Went in asking if there was anyway to get check in before 3:00. They said call at 12:30. I called at 1:00 and got told no that I could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. Which I did not tell them to cancel my reservation but they cancelled it anyway.

STAY. AWAY! Absolutely horrible.. Needed a hotel for after driving for 12 hours and I wish I had kept drinking! Pictures on line. Are outdated! The carpet is stained. I was scared to sleep in the sheets in fear of bed bugs. Garbage everywhere on the walk ways. Mold in the bathroom, water stains on the ceiling. But we were tired and needed to sleep and have breakfast in the morning.... The breakfast is a JOKE!! 2 TYPES OF CEREAL NO MILK AND SKETCHY OJ...... You get what you pay for.

Worst place I ever stayed in my life! Very little bedding. When I asked for another pillow and blanket, they gave me a flat out, NO. No towels. No toilet paper. No remote control for the TV. The breakfast was horrible... expired milk and stale bagels. I'll never stay ever again at any HoJo... anywhere. Ever.

Let me start....the reviews are very true, customer service is horrible, when you can locate the office.. rooms are extremely dirty and should not be rented out.. I had the worst stay! The washcloths are stained and dirty, towels are thin should be rags, rooms not painted, my bathroom shower ceiling was not even painted after having a previous leak. No blankets and 1 pillows for each bed, yes 1 pillow on each bed, again called office and NO answer all night. I even asked the cleaning lady to see if I could get blankets and pillows and she I had to wait until she was done making her rounds but yet again never saw anybody no one came to the room no one offered for help and no one called us back. Roaches on the window seal in the next room, pool was closed and had shoes left in pool area not cleaned up. As I was checking out the lady in front which I remember when I checked in the customer service lady said that was the owner and as I was checking out it was the same lady and she asked how my stay was I told her horrible gave her all the points and things that were done wrong and should have been fixed and she stated she was going to give me a discount honestly it should have been a refund $87 for a room like that should be inhabitable someone should not have to stay in a room like that and then yet not be able to get ahold of the office for anything and the discount that I got was $10 yes they gave me a $10 discount not a refund but a $10 discount look elsewhere do not stay here horrible customer service horrible management and it's already starting off as horrible owners stay away find somewhere else cleaner. And they say they have breakfast a continental breakfast all they had was bread to make toast and about a quarter of an inch of milk.
