Jerry Hinshaw...When ever I see his name, or anyone with Jerry as a name, a smile greets my face. This man has been nothing but the best agent! The best thoughts come to mind thinking of him. Always listening to the never ending barrage of questions I threw his way. Never claiming to know all but willing to find answers even when he may not know. Punctual on returning phone calls he may have missed or could not get to while with other clients. Prompt Hmmm....Something I was not good at with this feedback! I know he wont admit it but I put him through the ringer with my property. He always said it added to his knowledge base in real estate. Brain overload is what I felt. Jerry just kept plugging away. Never letting it wear him down. He takes great pride in his work and I think it shows. Jerry--best of luck on your endeavors!  Ryan

I agree with all that Ryan said. Jerry sold our home and then helped us find our new home. We are not easy clients, as it took us 8 months to find the home that worked for us. We found Jerry to be Patient, accommodating, flexible, responsive,  trustworthy and supportive. He would not let us settle until we found 'THE ONE". (I'm sure we drove him crazy)  During the negotiation and home inspection process he ran his tail off and worked out all the details for a very easy and smooth closing. I was extremely impressed by the amount of research he would do to answer all of my MANY question. I loved the fact that If he didn't know the answer he flat out told us he didn't know, and then would find it and/or direct us to someone who did. We never felt any high pressure sale tactics. He wanted us HAPPPY with our outcomes. We are very pleased with his service and recommend him highly.
