My husband and I worked with Liz Hosbein from Home of Idaho for our first house purchase. As a first-time buyer, we were not familiar with the market and the processes. Liz was incredibly friendly and spent a lot of time with us seeing different options even on weekends. She was very helpful in giving us thoughtfully critical advice and patient in answering our questions. Her expertise in the industry as well as in the real estate market of Treasure Valley Area helped us to reach our best fit finally. Both of us enjoyed working with Liz as well as her co-workers in Home of Idaho. The purchase went very smoothly and we got beyond our expectations.  
I highly recommend Liz and the Home of Idaho.

Trish assisted me with the short sale of my home, that had gone into foreclosure. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process and really took charge in dealing with the bank. I know there must have been much hard work involved in what she did, but on my end it was nothing but smooth. Thanks to her high level of education about this process, it sold as we had hoped, and I was able to move on with my life. I couldn't be happier with her down-to-earth, honest and straight forward attitude!

I want to thank Homes of Idaho and specifically Colby Lampan and Amanda Hodges for the amazing work they did selling my home.  We met and agreed on a strategy (Homes of Idaho made multiple recommendations which I followed to the letter) that I felt made great sense.  The home was listed and sold in 3 days above asking price.  Homes of Idaho was instrumental in resolving some minor issues after the home inspection that kept us on track not skipping a beat! This kind of outcome is only possible when you work with a top of the line Real Estate Professional like Colby and Amanda and an organization with the reputation of Homes of Idaho.  A Incidentally, I purchased my home through this group in 2004.  They have consistently met the highest standards and have absolutely exceeded my expectations.  I would work with Colby and Amanda and Homes of Idaho again in a minute.  Thank you so much for the great job!!  Chris Andreoni

Colby and his team were totally amazing. We were selling our home and buying one at the same time. Colbys team made the whole process easy and really pulled through when we had a bump toward the end. Thanks guys for all you did!!
