Great place for a picnic and allowing the kids to run around. It is particularly an amazing place for festivals. Roomy and plenty of ground to set up booths and play areas.

I like their disc golf course. It's fun for beginners even if the course is mostly wooded. I will say be cautious where you step. I got stung by a bunch of wasps on the 6th hole. I stepped by a nest. I couldn't finish the course but it's getting taken care of the parks manager. I'll come back but will totally be more cautious.

Beautiful, clean park. Perfect for a picnic or a BBQ.
Soccer and Baseball fields,  Basketball, BMX track,  Frisbee golf. 
Easily the most popular day park in Jefferson County.

Great park for the kiddos! You can catch the salmon run in late August early september, if you can find chimacum creek in the back of the park. The trail will lead you to the creek, you just need to listen to find it.
