I have had my 2011 Toyota Camry for seven years and for the last few  years have had issues with the air conditioner in that it doesn't cool down fast enough when you start the  car.  Over this year it has just gotten worse and worse.  I took it to two different places, including the Toyota dealership. Both places told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the system. Toyota actually told me it was because "I live in Florida" it takes longer for the air to cool down the car.   Mind you I've lived in Florida for about 40 years now and this is the first time I had this problem.  Took it to Hobson's Auto Repair and when he couldn't find anything wrong with the unit, he  checked the internet for the issue and found a Technical Report issued by Toyota that said when you replaced the battery in this car, you need to re-calibrate the air conditioner doors so that is what he did. And what do you know, my a/c works great now.  A very big thank you to Jim Hobson for not stopping when he found nothing wrong but searching for  answers.  He made me feel that he cares about his customers and I will gladly take my car back to him again and highly recommend him to others.

These are true professionals! I stopped in (sounds silly, I know) to get air in my tires because I went to 3 gas stations and they were all out of order and I was nervous I'd get a flat tire if I kept going. They jumped to help me and didn't even charge me! They truly are kind folks. I will go back anytime I need work done. Thank you for making my Monday so much better!

This is my first time going to this shop and I won't go anywhere else. They are courteous, honest, and thoughtful. As I waited for an oil change, I listened as they worked with other people and everyone left with a smile. Let's face it, a popped tire or no working a.c. in FL can ruin a day. But, each person's day seemed to be MUCH better after leaving Gibson's. I'm so thankful for the recommendation that brought me to them!

Jim runs a solid operation and always does just what is needed and gives us options so we can decide .  He has taken care of all our family cars for over 20 years and is a good honest man who appreciates his clients.  We always feel like we are his most important customer.

When I moved to Florida 7 yrs ago I didn't know any auto repair shops. I went to Pep Boys & let me tell you Pep Boys burned me so bad.  This weekend I found Hobsons when I googled Best Repair Shop near me. I wish I had found them 7 yrs ago. The owners & mechanics are so friendly, kind, thoughtful & price wise extremely reasonable.  I finally found an awesome repair shop that I will return to when need be. Thank you Hobsons for all your help repairing my car this past weekend.🖒🖒
