I work at a dealership and THIS is where i do service. I had another tire kingdom refuse doing what i asked cause they wanted to sell me NEW tires... This was extremely unusual so i came here the next day and scheduled my appointment to come in to have tires balanced.... Thank you for your help

BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING! Where do I begin. I scheduled an oil change online for Saturday morning at 8am. I was surprised to walk in to such a full waiting room. The man at the counter tells me "we're down two lifts so it could be a while." Fine whatever, I need an oil change. 5 minutes later he comes back to tell me that they will only do a synthetic blend or full synthetic because that's what the manufacturer suggests. Obviously more $$$. I told him I only want conventional oil like I ordered online. He says they won't do it because it "voids your warranty." (Lie) I then ask him if this policy has changed because this exact location has put conventional oil in the exact car in the past. (If it truly does void the warranty, they are now liable for anything that happens to my engine right?) He proceeds to tell me "it changed in January." (How convenient) The fact that I entered my make and model online and it allowed me to schedule a conventional oil change on THEIR website and then I was told something different at my appointment is the definition of BAIT AND SWITCH. This is unethical. And before the owner chimes in with his typical "thank you for bringing this to our attention..." excuse, save it. I've read plenty of your insincere responses. I won't do business with a conman when there is plenty of honest competition on Seminole Blvd.

Gave me a quote over the phone, I showed up and they wanted $67 more than they quoted me?

They did a rush to get us back on the road home with our 5 month old . It did take just 2 hours but. We were able to pop up his play pen and wait.

holiday weekend they were open. had purchased tires there many times had great experience so why not try their mechanic work.. i had a pulley making noise, needed shocks & tune up.. picked up my van, got home discovered they had to disconnect my rear speakers & cig lighter/dc .. no big deal but they never reconnected them. also the pulley still makes the noise noticed they replaced a different one.. after checking many parts stores i discovered i was charged at least double for the parts  and labor seems a little over the top $108/hr..  had the vehicle two full days

The one star  review is for the mechanic work. for tires they have been great.. Also the Staff were friendly as always, just dissapointed and i think  they lost my future business
