Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals staff went above and beyond during our stay this summer. The property we rented was impeccably clean and had all the things we needed to make the most out of our stay. The staff was ready and willing to help all the while with positive attitudes. I will ONLY rent from Hodnett Cooper when vacationing on St. Simons Island

These folks are top notch!  The properties that they provided for our dates and budget have been consistently amazing.  I highly recommend them for a worry-free vacation.  Thank Hodnett Cooper Team for the many years of family memories.  We will miss our annual trip to St. Simons Island this year!

We have rented the same house for 3 years in a row and each year the house is in worse condition. This year the oven doesn't work, the ice maker doesn't work, the toilet doesn't work and the sheets are stained. Trending in the wrong direction!
