Out of my experience in six different real-estate transactions, Trisha and her team were by far the most impressive experience I've had. We just sold our property through her, and I am absolutely going to use her when I purchase. Three main reasons:

1. Knowledgeable: She anticipated every potential snag, knew the landscape and promptly offered sound and and astute advice - even in areas I didn't know to ask.

2. Customer service oriented: Despite the load of other clients, I felt like I was her only one - and as if her entire business depended on my impression of her diligence. She was available to me at any time of any day. I had to make contact a few times in the evenings and on one holiday. She treated it like business hours. She is gentle in her honesty and firm in her commitments. All those on her team are of the same caliber. She surrounds herself with the best.

3. Effective: It was the smoothest transaction I ever experienced. Happened faster than I expected, and with better results than I hoped for.

Trisha and her team are a powerful real-estate force to be reckoned with. If you plan to use her, buckle up. Her full-service team makes for THE best real estate experience possible.

I've bought and sold properties in my past, but never have I had such a positive experience as I did with Trisha Cook and her team.  I had been considering selling my home for quite some time.  During this time I had many questions that would help with my decision.  Trisha and her team were always willing and able to answer my questions.   Never did I feel pressured to make a decision nor did I ever feel left in the cold.  All associates that I worked with were equally helpful, friendly and professional.
I highly recommend Trisha Cook and her team to assist you with selling and/or purchasing your next property.

We have used the Trisha Cook team to sell 2 of our homes and the purchase of 1. I contacted Trisha to sell our home that we had only lived in for two years and it was under contract in 3 weeks. We desperately had to find another house to purchase, but didn’t want to settle for something just because we were under a time crunch. Trisha and Allen worked extremely hard to help us find the perfect home. They would often show us houses until 8pm or later. They made us feel like their top priority. We finally found our perfect home, but the hard work from the Trisha Cook team did not stop there. The team was very diligent in making sure all of the repairs and contract items had been taken care of by the closing date. 

We ended up having to sell our perfect home due to a career move. We didn’t hesitate to use Trisha and her team again. Our house sold in 4 weeks! The team does a fantastic job of letting you know what needs to be done in order to make your house more appealing to buyers. The price point is always spot on. It was a very smooth transition to closing. 

We would recommend the Trisha Cook team to anyone! They work very hard for all of their clients. They will be honest with you, fight for you, and you will forever be apart of their family. We gained friends during our time working with them.

As first time homebuyers my husband and I were nervous about the process. But Trisha and her team were by our side the entire time. It didn’t matter what questions we had they were always there to answer them for us. Our purchase went flawlessly and we have now been in our new home almost a year. Very professional and knowledgeable staff!

The Trisha Cook Team is a group of absolute AWESOME individuals who are truly committed to operating even more effectively as a team and supporting the needs of their clients.  Our entire family has been blessed by their willingness and sacrifice to see that our goals and needs were met.  Everyone we worked with directly (Shannon, Ryan, Allen, Trisha) to those who we worked with indirectly made this an amazing experience even with the complexities of selling and acquiring a new home.  We are so thankful for the quality of representation from the Trisha Cook team
