Don't call and expect to get a warm welcome for rental properties. They will not be courteous or respectful of your questions. Rentals most not be of much value to their estate.

I've been speaking to an agent for months trying to find a location for my business. I do not get responses to my emails. I have only been provided with 3 options well outside of my target area. I am currently looking for a new real estate broker who can communicate and help me find what I am looking for.

I don't usually write reviews, but I don't want someone else to go through what we have. Don't work with this company. Their communication is the worst we have ever dealt with. It took months for them to fix things at our rental despite our frequent calls and emails. They wouldn't return phone calls. They decided to "add on" HOA violation fees that apparently we owed for months that we never heard about right as we were moving out despite the fact that we had a zero balance every month after paying early or on time. Super frustrating when you do your best to be a great tenant, take care of the place, and pay on time and get screwed in the end. Please save yourself the trouble and stress and work with someone else.

My boyfriend and I applied for a 1000 duplex with Coldwell. The application fee is $40 per person who will be renting the house. The woman over applications called each of us and rudely informed us that our applications were denied. At no point while viewing the duplex were the financial and credit requirements expressed to us. We both work full time and own our own cars BUT we were denied a duplex. The requirements for finances apparently are you must bring home more than 3000 a month per person. Why would someone making 3000 want a 1000 duplex, and two people making over 5k monthly be denied doesn't make sense... coldwell is running a scam to earn application fee money. They need to clearly express requirements BEFORE hard working people drop $80 just to be denied. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Paul-Neal Sansom was the person we talked to before coming up to Georgia from Florida. We were in the market to buy a vacation rental and maybe have it as a second home. We drove 7 hours and he wanted to show us 6 properties as soon as we got there. That was fine but he told us he had to leave the next morning out of town and he would not be available to show us anything until he got back. He drove us to a couple places we wanted to see that we were not interested in then proceeded to  take us to some other ones he had picked out that were complete dumps.  In the ride he proceeds to tell us we have to sign this contract right then and there that he was going to be our realtor. He said he had been screwed over before and he wanted to make sure we were going to stay with him which of course I would usually do but then he tells us we needed to spend the whole next day with his mortgage broker Preston or he wasn't going to waste his time showing us anymore properties. He sent us a text the next day and said he was leaving and that we needed to go see Preston. We told him we did not see any properties we really liked and that buying a house is a big decision and we would go see his mortgage broker after we found a place we liked or was interested in. We also told him we had other places we were interested in seeing when he got back. He wrote back a very rude response to the fact that this is not how the process works and he was not willing to work with people who did not do as he wanted and the exact steps to buy a house. I have never in my life dealt with someone so rude. We found another reality company who treated us like gold and nothing he said was true. They worked with us and didn't make us feel rushed and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are a lot of great realtors out there just not Paul-Neal Sansom. He should be fired! This is the text message below I received. Very unprofessional. You could tell he just wanted a fast sale.
