Ice cream was delicious. Donut was not fresh, it was dry and wish it had been fluffier. It would be great if they made them fresh to order, especially because they are a donut shop. Read about rude staff in the other reviews - they were fine. They require masks but there is no sign, so just be aware of that.

I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes after kit being able to speak to someone and got no assistance. Instead I was charged another fee in addition to my order! Heading to better business bureau next but wanted to try to stop future customers from this Redic process. I never post but this has pushed my limits. Do not order!!

I ordered ice cream through uber eats and requested utensils but did not receive any. I’m only giving one star because I am not home and will not be able to enjoy the ice cream before it completely melts. So I won’t know how good the ice cream actually was. Oh and I also got a s’mores donut which was not good.

Delivery was fast and ice cream is really good. However I’m not happy with our delivery driver. Wrote in the notes on grub hub to not ring the bell because the baby is sleeping…. It even said it on the receipt…. Proceeds to ring bell and wake up baby.

This is a sinful place, and definitely a guilty pleasure. The ice cream flavors alone is delectable, now imagine having your favorite flavored ice cream stuffed inside a donut. Its alot to consume all by yourself but I'll be damn if I didn't try.

Awesome place! They customize any donut you want and have all toppings you can imagine. Been going here for over a year and always love coming back!

I was driving through the city and randomly craved ice cream and I asked Siri for the top local ice cream spots nearby and this place popped up. I went in and told the woman it was my first time there. She explained what people usually get, the donut sliced with ice cream. I picked the Reese’s donut with birthday ice cream and dulce de leche ice cream and it was amazing! I think next time I would stick with just the dulce ice cream with that particular donut. I must say it was a diabetes dessert but it was amazing!

The ice cream, frozen yogurt and donuts are five star but the staff is one star, hence three stars. The staff routinely mess up my order and are very sluggish. The store can be empty and it will still take ten minutes for them to serve you. Honestly, I feel like I am bothering them by giving them $7 for a tiny scoop of ice cream. Although I’m a regular in spite of this, I see a different employee each time I visit which suggests high turnover and thus bad management - makes sense since the employees are completely untrained.

The Donuts are so Amazing. The Whacky combinations are some of the best that I have ever tatsed... Definitely one of my fave dessert places on the East side.

I came here last week with my very rich Greek family and we had ordered an assortment of Ice creams and donuts at this Holey Cream location . The ice cream was subpar and the donuts were that of the same texture as h0rsesh1t , our expectations as a very rich royal greek family were not met. Oh and there was an obese , blueberry body with stick feet looking man observing us as we were ordering the confections. He tried to make verbal contact with us but we acted like we did not know any english because we were from Greece  but really we knew english and wanted to avoid speaking . This was because was because this man’s breath smelled so unimaginably terrible I wanted to vomit dead in my tracks , luckily I did not.
