They saved me for the early morning! the latte it’s tasted just like how I want
I gotta say Dunkin donuts is going to lose my business. I am frustrated how the staff here don't listen even after repeating my order twice. I ask for dar coffee with just a drop of cream. I get milk with sugar. Maybe I should spend my money in Starbucks at least the pay attention to my order.
The workers there always greet means very polite.
Everytime i order online they ignore my order. They always ask me what the name is for the mobile order when they see me waiting as if i dont come everyday, and act like they arent supposed to have it ready when i get there. I can understand 5-10 minutes, but when the store is empty and i still have to get their attention to start my order is ridiculous. I order all the time around 9:00, its always a wait. 10-15 minutes waiting for coffee.. They never have large straws, my straw falls into the drink and i have to pull it out, they dont have bavarian cream donuts.
The slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever stepped foot inside of.
Coffee taste like engine fuel. Donuts are so sweet. If they add 10% of the amount of sugar they put in those donuts it should still be sweet enough. Enjoy box-o-joe and become a diabetic.
This location is in the LGA airport. It took me 20 minutes to place and receive 2 bagels and a hot chocolate. They had zero cards for people attempting to catch a flight. There was only 1 person ringing and 3 people in the back doing busy work, not orders. Of course I said something, by then line was out the store and one of the other employees decided to help!
I order coffee here almost every morning and they take really long to make my order. So I ordered pick up. 10 minutes later and my coffee isn't even ready for pick up.
Nice place can sit enjoy a cuppa
This location used to have a full staff and the coffee and service was great. Now only 2 people woking and the coffee is watered down. undrinkable.
