Silvie at the front desk was so friendly and kind! Good experience to start. Getting to the room was rough because we were around the corner far from the elevators. There's only 2 in one area. The ballroom was put together well for the wedding we attended. The only thing is I felt that the cocktail hour room was too dim/dark. The actual ballroom itself where the reception was was great. Food was good. Service was good. Bartenders were friendly. The room was good but the air kept putting out warm air even though I wanted to cool the room. Bed was super soft which wasn't to my liking personality. Pillows were comfy.

Love this hotel and have stayed there multiple times. The rooms are great, the hotel is really clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the location is great when traveling along i95 when you don't want to deal with NYC or Philly. Two things I would change: there is no breakfast included and to eat at the restaurant is $18 a head. Hard to justify that when paying around $100 for the room a night. The other things is it is very easy to find lower rates online for this hotel but if you call, they make you go through a website. It would be nice if they would just sell it at a uniform rate across platforms. All that said, GREAT hotel.

The room was perfect. We had a great view. Staff was very friendly & with 2 adults and 3 kids, that was very pleasant. Will surely visit again when we are down that way. Mini fridge, microwave and TV were included in the room. It was a lovely experience.

Service has always been good. The rooms, however, are starting to show their age. Nothing major, just a sort of overall worn look. The fitness center is above average, with a double-sized room and a full offering of (working) equipment.

This hotel has very good service, and the rooms are nice. Several in our party complained that the beds were too hard. The pillows were fine for me, but one person described them as being "like a bag of toilet paper". My biggest problem with them was that they had no free breakfast of any kind, something the Hampton Inn across the street does have. It's just outside a cute little town with lovely shops and restaurants.
