This place has the potential of being a 4 to 5 Star.. Housekeepers -. Especially the women, "Too Loud" My family was sleeping, in the morning, the housekeeping staff was preparing to clean rooms in the hall way. They were "Loud". Laughing, talking "Loud". I tapped my window and put on my door " the quite" sign Still, the gentleman sees me and signals me yes, he got it but, the ladies got louder. They need to take into consideration those who are staying in these Hotel rooms. Some like to sleep in. Yes, even though my daughter,or husband didn't here them, I was in the living room and if Someone was sleeping there, they would have heard them. Improvements- Bath tub needs better cleaning, (Crumbs) besides that, the room looked clean,Great. Nothing wrong w/ being happy at work- but you also want the residence to come back and stay in your Hotel.. Keep working at it, you will be a 4 star to 5 Star.. Oh, check out should be (noon.!!! )My thought!! :)

After irma we stayed there and they had been without power felt privileged specially at 6 am breakfast until 10 little more like brunch AWESOME

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE NIGHT STAFF HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS FAR AS THE MORNING/DAY SHIFT THEY HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE FORGOT OUR KEY AND BELONGINGS IN THE ROOM (PHONES/BAGS/SHOES&MORE) AND WERE TOLD WE COULD NOT GET ANYTHING OUT THE ROOM BECAUSE THE PERSON WHOS NAME THE ROOM WAS IN WAS NOT THERE. HE WENT TO WORK AND GOT US WOMEN THE ROOM AND WE WENT DOWN TO GO BUY SNACKS FROM THE CONVIENCE STORE- FORGOT OUR KEY & WERE LOCKED OUT OF OUR ROOM! ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS WERE INSIDE AND THE STAFF JUST CHUCKLED IN OUR FACE AND TOLD US HOW THEY UNDERSTOOD HOW FRUSTRATED WE WERE! RIDICULOUS!!! I CALLED COOPERATE AND WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER A HOUR... I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN AS LONG AS I LOVE AND THE 3 OTHERS I CAME WITH WILL NOT EITHER!

First room couldn’t open. Sent me to another room smelled like urine and Ozone machine was running inside. The hotel is dirty they haven’t painted in quite a while. Felt like a motel 6. Find another hotel.

I stayed here for a week for work. Pros: Friendly staff Clean rooms Mini fridge Decent shower Decent bed and pillows Working ac Nice pool Free breakfast Free cookies in the lobby every day Cons: No microwave!!!! Horrendously slow internet!!! Breakfast is the typical lackluster hotel assortment Key readers on the doors are finicky Not a bad place overall.
