Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived for vacation and relied heavily on their recommendations for meals and attractions. The room was clean and modern, of typical HI Inn Express design. We had a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. All in all a great vacation for us and the children.

We stayed at this hotel for an event in January 2017 and we were impressed by the service and the accommodations from the start. I was pleased that they had our room ready for early check in and to our ultimate surprise during check in we learned they had shuttle service available to take us our event at a venue located near there and to pick us up. I really need to thank the front desk staff for their AMAZING customer service. We had left our gift in the room and they were willing to retrieve it and bring it to us at the venue. Our whole stay was lovely and we will definitely be returning customers.

Convenient location a short walk (less than 15 minutes) from downtown. Shuttle service is available if necessary. The floor layout is a bit confusing but there are plenty of signs to help you find your room. The complimentary breakfast is satisfying and the pool while a bit on the small side, gets the job done. Will at the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit of you're in the area.

I feel liked it had a bed from the 1970s that need quarters to make the bed vibrate. The entire room would begin to vibrate for long periods of time and it was not consistent with the traffic from the highway. The hotel has something on the first floor that causes rooms to vibrate. Definitely do not waste your money on this hotel. Plus you will be staying in the middle of the ghetto and they have multiple homeless people camping out on their property during the night.

Staying at this Holiday in was just a absolute PLEASURE!! I stayed 2 nights, on my way out on a flight and on my way back home. This staff reminds me of the old timy days of caring, checking that at is well, thinking for you because they know you have been traveling and my not be, all the staff remembering my name(wonder what course they took), but BRAVO for giving a "I own the Hotel and want you taken care of" rather than thisis just my job working for a big company. BRAVO! Rooms were great as well, clean newly renovated large and well thought out!
