I love Residence Inns and have stayed in them for years. Unfortunately, we we're prepared for the renovations being done at Residence Inn South in Colorado even though, looking back, it was noted on the website. I asked to be a room that didn't smell of paint, but the room we got did smell of paint even though the very kind receptionist said it would not. Also, we asked to be away from the freeway, but we were right next to it and I couldn't sleep all night because, even with ear plugs, the sound of the highway nearby was too loud. So, just be aware, if you are sensitive to odors or don't like noise, that this might not be the right place for you.

Rooms have renovated this year and are clean crisp and modern. Full complimentary breakfast, and convenient to shopping and dining. Management is above average.

Nice & clean hotel. Even though it's by Interstate 25 it's actually very quite. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean, big rooms. Paid only $78 for studio through Priceline. (Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the check-in lady used my credit card as form of payment rather than for incidentals so when I got home a few days later the hotel billed my CC for a night's stay even though it was already paid for through Priceline. Had to call hotel and have them refund me their charge.)

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The only complaint I had was that they were renovating rather early in the morning, but I understand that was for the benefit of future customers. The room was very nice. It had a full kitchen and would be an excellent place for an extended stay or even just a night.

Nice place. Breakfast was good. There is some remodeling going on. Friendly staff. Overall will come again.
