The Broadmoor has been a very great place. Its so beautiful and there are so many different little shops. They also have amazing food selections. However its definitely on the more pricey side but its worth the money. The rooms are so nice and everything was so scenic. Love it.

Super not impressed. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows and sheets were so obviously cheap quality. Parking is nowhere near the rooms. Hotel kitchen didn't remotely come close to providing a good meal. Staff were friendly but their customer service attitude was really just a time waster. Just tell me where my room is, don't make me wait for a bellhop. Don't make me wait for a valet, don't make me wait for a door to be opened. I felt that everything there took longer than it needed to because of all the staff in my way. I'll be perfectly happy to never return.

This place is heaven on earth, truly! The staff are so kind and gracious, you really do feel like a queen. The rooms have a lot of charming character. The dining facilities are top notch. The free exercise classes are awesome, the pool is lovely. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience.

WOW! I work in hospitality and travel A LOT for business but had never had the pleasure of staying at The Broadmoor. I went for a conference but extended my trip and brought my mom with me. It was an amazing experience! The staff took great care of both of us, and the location is just perfect. We rented a car and drove from Denver, which I would recommend doing as if you do want to get out of the Broadmoor area, you'll need to drive. But there's lots to do in the estate that is within walking distance that includes hiking, fishing, eating, drinking, etc. I will stay here again, for fun, and look forward to going back.

Great service, interesting drinks and amazing food. Only had the smoked fish dip and tacos of the day - crab- but both were tasty. And the portions were very good. Almond coleslaw is okay. Drinks- The vodka 1 and healthy choice martinis were light and refreshing. A little high for drinks but you are in a resort town. Great service...
