The staff here is very nice. That's about the only good thing.First, the elevator needs to be serviced. It was going to floors no one pressed buttons for it to go AND the doors would open while it was moving. When we got to the room, a closet door was off its track, the bathroom door wouldn't lock and the air conditioner did not work. Also, there were stains on the carpet. The room overall did not look nice. The bed looked good and that was about it. The staff was accommodating and let us switch rooms. However the second room still did not look all that great. Its definitely not like the picture (at least the room is stayed in). I honestly felt like I was staying in a motel. The place gets 2 stars but if I could just rate the staff, I would give them a 5.

Initially we were going to be charged for upgrading to two queens as we booked through a third party. But the desk associate helped us not have to pay extra. That was helpful. The breakfast is okay, but there is plenty to eat. There is no fan in the bathroom, but it may just not be working. The cleaning staff did an AWESOME job on the room!

Staff was great and the room was good. The a/c wasn't working right though and the hallways look run down. It was still a great place to stay though.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good location. Breakfast could definitely be improved, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
