After living here a week it's been nice meeting the people.
I'm still waiting on screens for my windows but the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. I prefer this place as a living unit above the Americas Best Value Inn when it comes to the office workers. The liberty here is more like home and we've found it suitable though no pets are allowed.

I love the layout of this quaint little village style hotel plaza. Very cozy. The clientele tends to be a little colorful as far as diversity in lifestyles are concerned but there doesn't seem to be any danger in the mix of alternative lifestyles that cross inhabit this dwelling

One of my roommates had a friend call who stated her boyfriend from Tehachapi and her had split up so he paid for a motel in Bakersfield.  We found it next to a strip club. When we pulled up suddenly several 5 to 7 mostly male people began to circulate in the area as we exited the car. When my Husky/German Shepherd exited the car the people immediately began disappearing.  We were there at her room for less than 5 minutes.  I saw inside the room and bathroom.  This is a disgusting run down motel. You would have to be either interested in renting a  room because you absolutely had no money and just barely enough money to stay there or you are interested in the strip club. I would rather be homeless than stay there. And yes I have been homeless for only 2 days but I would NEVER stay at this place and cannot recommend it in any way. The absolute feeling of fear and oppression at that place is horrible.

The Tower Motel is a Bakersfield nostalgic location. Has been in business for up teen years. The architecture of the building is a throw back into the 50s. The rooms vary in size and amenities but me all of your needs. The staff in the office, the cleaning ladies, even the maintenance man are all willing, and very happy to assist. They offered nightly weekly even monthly rates. As far as price compared to some of the other leading hotels the tower tends to have a better deal. Although for the price you miss out on some hospitality, and amenities. There is no room service, Bellboy, or pool. There is laundry on-site, vending machines, and interesting but friendly tenet's.

This motel overall wasn’t that bad however I didn’t like that they didn’t have daily room service. Also,there AC is terrible! Whenever AC blows through the vent it stinks really bad . Not the worst motel in Bakersfield but very far from the best . BTW the men that stay in there look like creeps
