I had a great experience here. My girlfriend and I got a jacuzzi suit but unfortunately the stopper was broken. I went to the front desk and told the attendant what was going on. She was very professional and came to our room right away, tried to fix the stopper herself but after being unsuccessful we were given a new room right away. The breakfast was also amazing. They have so many healthy food options and even gluten free options. I recommend Holiday Inn Express!

Me and my bae stayed in the King Whirlpool room and it was lovely. Loved the high ceilings, the bathroom was beautiful and clean and the best part was the whirlpool tub in the room. It was so relaxing and felt better than home. The price was reasonable and I like their rewards program. Will definitely stay here again. P.S. their customer service was undeniably astounding.

Rooms are quiet nice, I had a king sized bed and there was plenty of room around the bed for relaxing. The bathroom is large but not overwhelming. Breakfast had excellent selection of hot food and was free. They have a pancake machine and warm cinnamon rolls as well as rice, toaster, eggs, sausage and other tasty breakfast foods. Front desk staff was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction and making sure I have everything I need. I can to get some razors from the front desk and they asked if I needed shaving cream too which I hadn't even thought of. There is a Ruby Tuesday's next door which was nice for dinner. My only complaint was the shuttle service. It only goes 5miles and the guy driving it drives somewhat recklessly. He sped and wasn't always very aware of we're he was driving. Also he drove past my place a few times and seemed annoyed that I didn't know where I was going even though I had never been there before. Always got me there on time though. If you take it remember that they might be dropping off a few people at once and to leave some extra time

Loved it hear. I brought my New year's in here and the stay was wonderful nice bathrooms cozy bed. However the breakfast was not the best. But the staff was lovely

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. There was not a hot tub in the pool area. The hotel had multiple unruly guests running through the hotel all night. The hotel did not do anything to stop it. My family and I did not sleep. We were in the area visiting family. Great hotel. The hotel just needs security at night.
