This may be the nicest hotel in the area, but it is far from the stars everyone reports.
First walked into the room, towels in the bathroom were on the floor (clean towels). We (boyfriend and I) booked the room with the jacuzzi so we can relax after hiking. The jacuzzi was hard to figure out due to no directions and when we did figured it out, we realized the overflow was broken and we fixed it! The AC is on full blast of 60 and the hallway is on 68 but colder. The grand finale was the bed and pillows. I've never had such an uncomfortable bed in my life. When you go away and your bed at home is more comfortable, that's a problem especially since we went hiking. 
Did I mention the mental sediments coming from the jets in the jacuzzi?  That too. We only stayed three nights, and we feel like we need to go to a chiropractor after this. 
Two stars, breakfast is decent and the hotel is moderately clean.

Conveniently located (roughly 30 min from everything). The front desk attendant was super helpful, pleasant/friendly. The included breakfast is a nice touch, but don't expect it to be a gourmet breakfast. Overall, pleased with my stay.

Great location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning, indoor pool and hot tub.

Front desk guys [latrelle & marcus] were so kind and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Priced really good.  Lobby and dining area is impeccable and is similar to hotels in NYC.  Free breakfast with lots of options. Pool was being worked on but that's ok. I had no intention on using it. We were only in town for the day.
