This was our first time at the Pocono palace and it was great. The down part was that it rained for that weekend so activities were limited to indoor ones. The food was good and the entertainment was nice. The room was amazing. We had the champagne room and had much fun in it. There was also a pool in our room along with a sauna and a massage table. The housekeeper kept everything neat and clean and the staff were very helpful. Had a battle of will with the vending machine over a candy bar. Staff came and shook it up so I got my candy bar. 😃 Will definitely visit again in the future.

I stayed overnight for my 2 yr anniversary. I will say that upon arrival I was wondering what we got ourselves into. Overall though, we had a Great time. Here are the pros and cons. PROS: The scenery is beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms have a lot of great features to them. I really did enjoy myself and there are many great activities that you have access to for little or no cost. The bed was also very comfortable and clean. CONS: As awesome as the rooms are, the majority of them are very run down and in desperate need of renovation. The food wasn't terrible but wasn't great either. I would describe the dish I had as diner quality. I only stayed one night though, so it is possible that might be just that dish. Overall I had a fantastic time.

this was our first time ever staying a place without our kids and what an experience it was. we had a blast the room was absolutely beautiful and we had so much fun. the drinks at the lounge were  pretty and tasted delicious. the activities were fun and it was easy to mingle with other couples. the comedy show was fantastic. what a great anniversary.

We loved our stay away from the norm.  We have celebrated different occasions at the 3 resorts over the last 15 years. This time we celebrated my husbands birthday with an all-inclusive  weekend. Enjoyed the activities, amenities and shows like always. We always leave with great pics and memories! We plan to keep returning through the years we continue to have together.

We stayed here for the first time over the weekend. We had THE greatest time. It was super relaxing and we had fun at the bar and seeing the different shows and playing in the game room. We will definitely be going back soon. We loved the view of the lake from our balcony in the fantasy apple suite.  The staff was always pleasant and when we had a request they handled it promptly. The housekeeper even checked on us when we put the make up the room sign out on accident. It was such a fantastic place for a weekend getaway. Our only complaint was the circle bed. My husband and I don't like to touch each other when we sleep and it's difficult to get comfortable without a limb hanging off the bed. But the bed itself was a nice firmness/softness, it was the perfect combo. We can't wait to come back in the summer.
