I like the Staybridge, and stay there every time I work in the Poconos, which is about 4-5 times per year. My staff stays there too. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They have a continental breakfast in the morning and complimentary drinks in the afternoon. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. From my understanding, this hotel is the best to stay at in the area and has the most to offer. I rated it a three star because my room is usually on the warm side (air often has issues), and during my last stay my water/shower in the morning was luke warm at best (every morning). I think there was a problem with the hot water heater. I will say that the staff did come to my room to help with the temperature. In all fairness I didn't complain to them about the water.

Front desk receptionist was very welcoming upon arrival. Hotel was neat and clean as well as the room. We stayed in a studio suite. The staff invited us to the evening social were we got the chance to meet with the our guests. I also worked out in their gym which was opened 24 hrs. We're planning on going back soon, but this time we'll be bringing the family and since it's a dog friendly hotel, we'll be bringing our dog too. Great stay👍👍

Awesome stay. Great stay. Was there 5 days Front desk was very professional and accommodating Suzanne and Tory. Awesome morning breakfast and evening social put together by Nicolette. Nicolette does and awesome food set up and food selection. Housekeeping was grt8. Room were clean and well set up. Thank you all for an awesome stay.

Room was great, included coffee, tea, and a complementary bag of popcorn. Channel selection was reasonable. Check-in/out was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly.

From check-in my stay was pleasant and the staff was very helpful . The location is good for easy access from and to route 80 and is a little away from the busy shopping and vacationing crowd. The room was clean and spacious, at least spacious enough for our stay. Overall our stay was pleasant
