Perfect! We arrived early and accommodated us with a early check-in. Front desk attendant was polite. Our room was comfy and clean. The deck over looking water was quiet and peaceful (a great break from the all day rowdyness of my kids). Already planning our second trip back. Teri, the manager, was awesome. She was polite and made sure we had every thing we needed.

called and booked room three days in advance of stay.. Requested and paid for a king suit. Office staff Page and Christiana assured us the room would be available. Day of arrival what do you know both staff member are apologizing that they have over booked and no rooms were available.. Will never book here again.. very unprofessional!!

Staff is extremely courteous an accommodating! Very clean and comfortable! The best Hotel we've ever stayed at!!! Thank you for accommodating my grand children!

The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are in good condition. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub. Half of the rooms have a great view of the bay. The other half have a poor view. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Service is outstanding. Facilities are a little dated as far as getting a little long in the tooth and due for some upgrades, like low bathroom water pressure. It's still functional, but weak flushes and low shower pressure indicate it's time for some maintenance and tweaks.
