My mother in law lived here for many years.  She past away and when we went to get pictures and important stuff out of there two days after she passed the manager approached is to say the rent was due yesterday you pay it move the trailer we said can you discount it cause it won't be here all month just until we get it all cleaned out and they said no sorry this is a business.  They also said they needed her TV box which my father in law have her the $100 deposit for and they said they have it to her for free.  These people are heartless not even giving the family a week to mourn before burdening them with all of this.  HEARTLESS is all I can say

Nice beach area. The pier is a great place to go for a walk/run. Great fishing spot as well.

It's a small town and if your not into the bar scene or an avid Fisher then there is not much to do. If I like to bird watch then the place has a lot of places to checkout.
