Stayed here with my wife and kids June 2017. The hotel was nice and clean. The room we had was very spacious and accommodating for a family of 5. Two beds and a fold-out couch. Staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is based on the pool being dirty/the gate to the pool was broken. Had to use a stick to open the gate to the pool which was advice given to us by a staff member who said the gate had been broken for a year at that point. The pool water was clean-ish the day we arrived, however the following day it was green. The bathroom light at the pool didn't work and the toilet didn't flush. Obviously not great preparation for the summer. Also our room was not the coolest during the day.

The hotel lobby, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good (for a free standard continental breakfast). However, I am giving it 1 star because they woke me and my fiancée up twice in the morning. We planned to sleep in and rest until at leas 10 am due to activities and long drive, but no, the hotel had other plans. First they knock on the door 3 different times and slide the checkout receipt under the door at 7 am...WHY!!!??? then, housekeeping knocks on the door again at 9am, I open the door and the lady just said "sorry, sorry." I'm not sure what was the reason to wake us up twice, but this hotel better get those "DO NOT DISTURB" hangers to put on the doors and STOP WAKING PEOLLE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING!!!!
