Landlords are strict in a good way, very quiet and great location off of I10 to access work in the area. All utilities included, covered spaces, paved spaces, and grounds frequently maintained. All residents require a background check, no drugs.

Not friendly towards kids or pets. If your retired or single and make no noise I'm sure its nice but not family friendly place at all.

Just stayed a couple of months. This park is very well maintain   Owners are nice and helpful. If you are looking for a quite place to stay, this is it.
