This place is absolutely disgusting. First of all you have to walked through this carpeted area with carpeted stairs that smell absolutely horrible. Must, weed and mold is the best way I can describe it. Then! As soon as I get into the room and shut the door there was 3 roaches crawling on the door! Nope.  Walked right out and checked out. I told the receptionist and she had the nerve to look at my like she was disgusted and surprised! Lady. They need to do better. This place is not healthy nor safe for your kids.

I wasn’t going to do a survey but its really unfair not too.... the overall room was fresh and smelt well. I ordered pizza the first night and fell asleep leaving the pizza on the table in its box. Woke up that morning with roaches in my pizza box. I checked out to find somewhere else to stay. Good Price Though... but like they say, you pay for what you want.

Terrible place to stay. Stayed for a week and was price gouged. $91 a night. expensive as hell overpriced garbage. Never in my life have stayed in a place this trashy for $100 a night. Toilet seat was broken when we got there. There was weed in the window sill. Pencil drawings on the wall. Blue stuff spilled in the corner. Crumbs all over the floor under the bed. Broken kitchenette. This place was absolute garbage. Don't pay the rate to stay here. It wasn't worth not a dime of what I paid. Moved to woodspring suites. Also all of the interior photos are fake.

The manager did not want to give me a refund when I walked in and immediately spotted a meth pipe on the counter. She didn't offer to take it out of the room just told me it wasn't her problem because it was a smoking room. Halls smelled like urine, the whole hotel is just disgusting and I've never left a review a day in my life. I ended up leaving right after the event.

If there could b 0 stars that's what I would give it. The housekeeper left my dirty towels n didn't take them. You have to get your own towels from the front desk. I had a room w 2 beds n had 2 adults n 2 children. The lady at the front desk gave me 2 towel sets. I told her there were four of us n I needed two more towels n she says she can only give out 2. Like what the hell so I guess my kids have to share towels n me my fiance have to share one. Run far from this place. It's trashy on the elevator. I came home to cat food all on the elevator floor n they didn't clean it up for 2 days since housekeeping didn't work on Sundays
