We've lived here for almost 2 1/2 years. It's a nice and quite community. There's a nice park area for children to play. Also I have to add the office manager is awesome she has treated us like family before we even met. So if your looking to move or are new to Williston I would definitely check out Sand Creek Estates!

Great place to live been there for 3 yrs and hoping for many more!!! Managment is wonderful and very pleasant!!!!

I have lived here 3 years and it is always well taken care of. Management is very nice and accommodating as long as you let them know. In 3 years I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved. Love it here!!
